I wish there were more than 5 stars to give to Felix (Rick). I was looking to sell my first home in New Jersey but I was living across the country in Utah. To say I was anxious/nervous about this process was an understatement. I was absolutely in over my head and shopped around for realtors until I found Felix (Rick); I can whole heartedly say that all my worries went away. Felix (Rick) deserves 2 reviews for his hard work AND his character. Professionally: I have never come across someone so hard working, knowledgable, resourceful, and proactive. Felix (Rick) listened to our story/situation and guided us to the best path to take in selling my home. He took the time to explain every detail of the process, what every dollar would go to, every line in a contract, was in CONSTANT contact, provided me updates, and answered any questions I had immediately. He handled all the grit work with my HOA, went to town municipals to get answers he wanted, conversing with my lawyer, stayed on top of the seller's agent (who was slacking at times), and voluntarily took care of my home while I was across the country. He felt more like a bodyguard protecting me and my home than a realtor. I put all my faith and trust in his work. You can tell that he is not doing this for the money, he just loves helping people; which speaks volumes on his character. Character: Felix (Rick) was referred to me by a friend who knew him personally and said "I would trust him with my life and my family's life." I figured if this process was going to be stressful, at least we would have a good person on our side. Our conversations often strayed from real estate to talking about our families, friends, dogs, restaurant recommendations etc. My husband and I would do anything for Felix (Rick) and his family. Our doors are open to them any time they need. We can't wait until we are back in NJ so we can take them out to dinner. It is very rare these days to come across a person as sincere and genuine as Felix (Rick). It was a pleasure working with him and an honor/blessing to call him a friend.

He was great working with. Took his time to explain the process of buying a home between making an offer to closing. Extremely professional and patience. Can't thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home especially for a first time buyer.

Felix aka Rick is a great realtor to do business with. He stays on top of things in detail and will guide you step by step especially if you're a first time renter buyer etc. If you forget certain details in the buying process he'll remind you. He has great patience to find a place you're actually looking for and will give his honest opinion about the place as well. Highly recommend...

I was lucky to have Rick as my agent he's very professional respectful and honest . He checks every detail of the property to see if it had any problem . Always answers the phone calls and txt messages ( good communication). If you're looking for a house to buy Rick is the best agent .

Man!.. where can I start? Rick was very helpful from start to finish. He did his absolute best to help me find the right home for me and my family. I swear without Rick I wouldn't have learned the things I know now about real estate and what I should look at carefully when it comes to buying a home. This professional agent is one of a kind.
